A Representation Agreement is a legal document in BC to authorize people you trust to carry out your health care wishes if you are incapable. It can also cover routine finances.
Getting your aff airs in order gives you peace of mind and makes things easier on your spouse, family and friends. A Will covers what happens after your death. There are other legal documents you can make for when you are alive – in case you are ill or injured – and you need help making medical decisions, arranging for home support and other services or paying bills like your rent.
Come and learn how you can get prepared and be protected. Find out where you can get free help
to make a Representation Agreement. Feel free to invite anyone you may be considering to be your
Representation.
This presentation is offered by the West End Seniors’ Network and Nidus.ca through a generous grantfrom United Way of the Lower Mainland. This workshop is the first in a series of Financial and Legal Planning workshops scheduled by QMUNITY Generations.
