Virtual Programs

The West End Seniors’ Network offers a selection of virtual programs for members that can be accessed from a web browser or by phone.

2020-2021 membership is required and all programs are by donation. Donations can be made online by clicking the “Donate Now” button at the top right of the webpage, via e-transfer to info@wesn.ca or by cash or cheque dropped off at Barclay Manor or Kay’s Place.

For tips on how to use Zoom, WESN has created a guide that can be found here. You can also view video tutorials created by Zoom here. Want 1-to-1 help? Book a Technology Assistance appointment with a Technology Coach through WESN.

Registration Information

Registration for virtual programs is always open and carries over each month, so you do not need to wait for a specific date or re-register for virtual programs.

We take registration for virtual programs to observe how popular a program is, which aids with planning other programming.

Please register through the appropriate link provided with the program description or by following specific registration instructions. If you have trouble registering via the link or you will be calling into the sessions, contact programs@wesn.ca or 604-669-5051 to let us know and we will assist you with registration.

If you do not have a computer or smartphone, you can still participate in virtual programs hosted on Zoom. Call 778-907-2071 and enter the program’s meeting ID and passcode when prompted.
