Strawberry Festival

The Strawberry Festival started out as a Strawberry Tea many years ago, which featured West End Seniors’ Network serving strawberry shortcake and tea for older adults in Barclay Heritage Square. This event has since evolved in scale to become a celebration for the whole
community!

The Strawberry Festival is an annual event put on by WESN that aims to raise the profile of our organization and other local partner agencies. Admission is free, and it is always a lot of fun for the entire family! We still feature strawberry shortcake, but now the festival includes live music, free horse-drawn carriage rides, crafts, a kids zone and bouncy castle, vendors, and more.
